Open Planner and select the project to be copied.
The copy moves steps and activities, set dates, activity descriptions, and dependencies.
Click Export project from the Menu to download the project.
The file comes in json format.
Start downloading the project by clicking Start Export.
Download the file on your computer by clicking Download.
Project comes as a export.json named file.
In Planner, change the project to which the downloaded data will be imported.
(If the project has not yet been created, click + New – Project to create it)
Click Import project from the Menu to download the file to the project.
Click Upload and find the file from the computer.
Steps and activities load on to the project.
