Support requests and billing

Support requests are billed based on the work ordered. The minimum billing is half an hour per ordered work. These are examples of work orders. The actual work amounts are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Work orders are made via email to ensure a record for both parties.

Here are a couple of price examples:

”Create a new project mapping for the integration” – 30 minutes of work.
”Set up a new activity type with its workflows” –  2 hours of work.
”Create a new form for the submission of development suggestions” –  4 hours of work.
”Prepare and conduct training for our project managers on project structure and the use of gates” – 1 day of work.
”Build a custom interface for our ERP system to create projects and transfer data bidirectionally” – 4-10 days of work.
