Activities
In the Activities view, you can search, group, and narrow down activities by criteria. You can search from one or more columns at once.
Search
Grouping
Drag the column header up to group the activities by column.
Cropping
You can also crop activities by clicking the magnifying glass and selecting the desired crop.
Hiding
You can hide activities from the top bar.
Adding and deleting columns
You can add and delete columns by importing or exporting them from the Column Chooser menu by dragging.
Activity window
Clicking on the activity bar opens the activity information on the right side of the screen. In the view, you can view activity information and add comments, edit activity status, add resources, and set dependencies.
You can change the person in charge with the activity or you can select a new person in charge as the activity is advanced.
Design
From the activity menu, you can customize the view. Note! The layout is valid for all users.
Change tool
You can change data for multiple activities at once using the change tool. Select the desired activities and right-click. Select Change.
Make the desired changes.
Layouts
You can create new layouts from the Layout menu. Click the menu to open and select Manage.
Name the layout and select its visibility. You can set the view as the default view of the project, so that the project always opens with the layout made.
Now you can choose the layout you want.
