Reporting of observations (recording of errors)
Observations are reported by clicking on the red cross-icon on the test document.
This function automatically creates a dependency between the observations and the test case.
Fill in the observation information in the form that opens and click “Create”.
To edit the observation and to add screenshots, click “View” in the box that opens.
If you do not need to add more information, click “Close and continue testing”.
Handling of observations
The Observation Status-field tells you what stage of processing the observation is going through.
The value of the Assigned to -field indicates who should next contribute to the
observation.
All changes made to the activity are updated in the Chat field.
