  1. How the project has been realized compared to the plan.

The ready-configured four field can be found in the ProjectTOP project view.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3547″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_color=”#f1f1f1″ top_padding=”50″ bottom_padding=”50″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3548″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_custom_heading text=”How the project is realized compared to the plan.” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]You’ve probably already read the article: “Real-time reporting”. By using the presented method, reporting to the control group is easy. You can even share the project dashboard with the steering group.

Here are three ways to show the progress of a project.

  1. Gantt view with status and progress percentage.
  2. Project steps and progress.
  3. Estimation of the project compared to the realization.

Cost monitoring is dependent on the project agreement. Report and monitor issues that are affecting your budget.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3551″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row top_padding=”50″ bottom_padding=”50″ class=”yellow-left-bg”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3553″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_custom_heading text=”Change request + list of open issues requiring decision” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]You’ve likely already read articles about change management. There is a description of how the changes are managed effectively. When you follow the instructions, you can directly view the Projecttop Observatory for issues that need a decision.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_color=”#f1f1f1″ top_padding=”50″ bottom_padding=”50″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_custom_heading text=”Risk and problem areas in more detail” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]Once the steering group has been through a clear report, it is easy to go through the situation and it’s time to concentrate on potential problems. They should not start, because otherwise, the focus is only on them.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3554″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_color=”#f1f1f1″ top_padding=”50″ bottom_padding=”50″][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3550″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_custom_heading text=”Forecast for the future and decisions” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]If the project is on schedule and the work progresses as planned, then the same rhythm will be maintained. If the project is too late, then concrete measures must be taken. It is not enough that we are trying to do it faster. You need to take measures that will help you get the project schedule up to date.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
